Spring Make Up Look

 Spring Make Up Look

So spring has officially sprung and I don't know about you guys but my skin starts to change when the weather changes too. My Skin has started to feel a lot more smoother and softer. In order to keep on top of that to make sure my skin doesn't go dry, I have changed my skincare routine and also my make up look. Which I am going to share with you and show you guys what I have been loving over the last couple of weeks.

First of all my skincare routine ....

Over the last couple of weeks I have loved using a sheet mask maybe once every two weeks to keep my skin moisturised and hydrated. I haven't been spending a lot of money on the one I have been using either. I have been using the Garnier Moisture Bomb sheet masks. You can find these in your local Boots, Superdrug or even your supermarkets their really easy to find. I highly recommend these as they are super hydrating, easy to use and really affordable. When I use them my skin becomes really smooth and I believe my skin looks plumper. I have sensitive skin and I have to be careful on what I use on my face as it could get irritated, however I am able to use the Garnier Moisture Bomb sheet masks as it's suitable for all skin types. You leave the sheet mask on for around 15 minutes and it's brilliant as you can use it any where and it's great for traveling.

So I use the sheet mask once every two weeks and on the other weeks when I am not using that I am using L'Oreal Pure Clay Glow. This stuff is amazing also it's really quick and easy to use. You simply apply it to your skin and then leave it to dry for around 5 - 10 minutes depending on how much product you put on. When the glow mask starts to dry you can feel little grains on your skin, so when you take the mask off it exfoliates your skin. This honestly makes your skin feel more brighter, lifted and it also makes your pores feel tighter. It smells really fresh, clean and almost like a spa scent to it as well.  You can use this up to 10 applications so it lasts a long time.

I have been moisturising on a daily basis as I have too as my skin on my arms will become dry and the same with my legs. My legs are sensitive so it's really hard to find a moisturiser that doesn't burn my legs when I put it on. I have now found the perfect daily moisturiser that is affordable and doesn't irritate my skin. I now use the Aveeno Daily Moisturising Lotion. This stuff is brilliant it does exactly what it says on the bottle. Theirs not really a strong smell to the lotion which is great because the fragrance is sometimes the reason why my skin gets irritated so the fact that this doesn't really have a strong scent is a plus side. My skin has never felt more smoother than after using this you only need a little bit and it goes along way. It doesn't leave you feeling sticky or greasy at all.

Next Up Spring Make Up Look ....

Since I have been loving my skin recently, I have loved wearing a really light foundation were it is light to medium coverage and you can definitely build up for a higher coverage if you want to. I have been using the Bourjois Healthy Mix foundation. This has vitamin C,E and B5 in their too, which I'm not too sure what that means but i'm presuming it's good for your skin. This leaves your skin with a natural glowing finish to it. My concealer that I use is the Rimmel London Match Perfection 2 - 1 Concealer & Highlighter. This just gives you the right amount of coverage and it's brilliant for your under eyes if you have dark circles.

My mascara that I use for my spring make up look is the LO'real Paris False Lash Sculpt. This is super easy to use and it really defines your lashes and evens them out. It also gives you that little bit of volume that you need to make them stand out. I love long lashes and this is great for that. If you want more volume then you can always build it up to the way you like it as well.

Once I have done my foundation, concealer and mascara i'm nearly done, I then go ahead and put on my blusher. For a spring make up look I want to have lovely natural cheeks just so my cheeks have a pop of color in them. I use the Sleek Blush in the color flushed. When you look at this color it looks like its pretty strong color to put on your cheeks, however if you only put on the tiny bit onto your brush it makes it look really natural. I then finish my blusher off with a highlighter. I have been absolutely loving the highlighters by Barry M. It's the Barry M Illuminating Highlighter Palette. With this spring make up look I have been using the highlighter and then also the pink shade of highlighter to go over the top of my blusher. This just gives it a lovely effect and really makes your cheek bones stand out.

To finish of my spring make up look I usually use any bright lipstick however over the last couple of weeks I have been loving the Bourjois Rouge Laque in the shade Toute Nude. This has a lovely finish to it and it's really comfortable to wear, it's not sticky and it doesn't smudge. It's brilliant to pop into your hand bag for when you need it.
